At eSIM4, we deliver our products digitally for your convenience. As soon as your purchase is confirmed, the eSIM will be instantly delivered to your provided email. In addition, a confirmation email of your purchase will be sent to you.
Refunds and Cancellations
Our goal at eSIM4 is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund for your purchase under the following conditions:
– A refund request can be made within 60 days from the date of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated.
– If the eSIM cannot be installed and used due to a technical problem originating from eSIM4, you have the right to ask for a refund or a change.
Please note that once customers install the eSIM, it will be considered as used and no refunds of any form will be offered.

Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team. Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be asked for further information to support your refund request such as screenshots of the device settings for technical issues or details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much you consider is due.

Your refund will be credited back through your original payment method.

Fraudulent Purchases
We reserve the right to refuse any form of refund if there is any evidence of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or any fraudulent activities that are connected with using eSIM4 products and services. Unauthorised purchases will be subject to investigation and approval before processing any refund.
